We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional, who will work in Swinton Academy supporting the Head of Faculty in providing professional leadership and management within the Art, Design Technology in order to secure high quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement of all students.
The successful applicant will be a talented professional who is dedicated to providing high quality education, and committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young people. S/he will benefit from an excellent professional development programme which will include highly effective induction and coaching/mentoring.
