Assistant Head of Early Years

Jumeira Baccalaureate School (JBS) is a thriving International Baccalaureate (IB) school based in the beautiful area of Jumeira. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Head of Early Years (with additional responsibility for student services provision Pre-K – K2) to join the team.

This is a truly international, co-educational school with more than 85 student nationalities. The JBS campus provides an outstanding and mature learning environment which is connected to our community, where we celebrate the culture and heritage of Dubai and the UAE.  

Our Curriculum
From Grades 1-12, the IB programme provides students with a world-class, inquiry-based learning experience that is linked to real life examples, enabling young people to be prepared for a future that is constantly changing. We also offer senior students an alternative practical option into the workplace or university through studying the IB Career Related Programme (IBCP).

Position Requirements:

Education: Qualified to degree level and hold a recognised teaching qualification (eg PGCE)

For this role we require an individual with specific Early Years teaching and leadership experience, we are focused on continuous improvement so an analytical thinker who is open to change would flourish in this role.
