Applications are invited for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Head of English.

As the Assistant Head of English, you work closely with the Senior Leader for English and the Senior Management Team in continuing to improve exam attainment at GCSE.

We are determined that the successful candidate will have:

· A passion for English teaching.

· Experience of supporting change and development within a department

· Reliable evidence of very good to outstanding teaching with a focus on raising student achievement at KS3 and KS4. 

· A passion for making a difference for young people in the city of Liverpool.
