This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed team and a new Head of Faculty who has clear plans on moving the faculty forward. The school values the importance of languages in our students’ education and as such, the department is well supported. The main languages in the department are Spanish and French. You will be delivering Spanish or French at KS3 and KS4, (with an option to teach KS5) and you will be keen to create MFL lessons that are exciting and engaging to encourage all students to achieve their best. There are exciting times ahead for the team and this would be a fantastic time to join both the school and the MFL faculty.

As a middle leader, you will work as part of the wider MFL faculty in the school, which has proven to be a strong successful department and you will be well supported by the Head of Faculty and senior leaders. We have a strong CPD offer and all new staff will receive a supportive induction programme and this post may be of interest to an aspiring Head of Faculty.
