Salary: MPR/UPR + London Fringe plus TLR 2a £3017

Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive school committed to providing an exceptional education for the community it serves.  

We are keen to appoint a vibrant and enthusiastic Assistant Head of House to support the Head of House for a newly set up House as the school expands to meet the local demand. The successful applicant will be part of a pastoral team consisting of five houses, each led by a Head of House and supported by an Assistant Head of House.

The role focuses on providing high quality pastoral care and working with other middle leaders to ensure that the highest standards are set across the school to monitor, evaluate and improve the attainment and progress of all of our students.

·        Is passionate about the subject they teach and is keen to improve standards across all year groups
