Broadway is working in partnership with the Warwick Religions and Education Research Unit (WRERU) to create a unique and excellent opportunity to study for MA, MPhil or PhD, or to undertake post-doctoral research at Warwick University. The topic of the research would be relevant to professional practice within Broadway.
We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational RE teacher with proven leadership, organisation and pastoral skills, who is also equipped to undertake further academic study and research.
The successful candidate will need to be an inspirational team leader, passionate enthusiast and an outstanding communicator, determined to raise the standards of teaching, learning and examination performance across all Humanities subjects.
The applicant should be a Religious Education specialist with proven management and leadership success at KS3, 4 and post 16; good classroom management skills, have high expectations of students, a commitment to quality teaching and be willing to demonstrate initiative and generate ideas in a school where enthusiasm and hard work are valued.
