We are looking to appoint a new member of the Junior School Leadership Team, with broad operational and strategic responsibility for the leadership of the Junior School. The role will suit an inspirational, emotionally intelligent and impactful experienced primary school leader who wishes to take the next step in their career.
You will have a passion for leading the development of character, experience in leading pastoral, welfare and safeguarding aspects of school life so that pupils can thrive in a high achieving environment, and an excellent understanding of primary school pastoral care in the modern world. You will be a member of the Extended Leadership Team of the whole school contributing to the fulfilment of the School’s strategic aims and development.
You will be a role model for pupils and colleagues, promoting school values and ensuring that staff uphold the School’s ethos through their styles of communication with pupils and parents.
