The Directors of the Trust seek to appoint enthusiastic and inspirational Assistant Head of School to be based at St Charles’ VC Academy.

The school are looking to appoint an excellent Assistant Head of School from September 2022 or sooner. The successful candidate is to take a central role in the leadership of St Charles’ VC Academy. They will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and a committed professional with a drive to share in the leadership and contribute to the further development of the school. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall ethos, aims and values of the school, promoting a positive image within the school and wider community.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching across Primary.

• Experience of working with children and young people, supporting pastoral and inclusion

• Experience of leading staff members.  

• The strength of character to a make a real impact and inspire others
