Talbot Heath Junior School seeks a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Head Pastoral to play a central role in the leadership and continuing development of the school. We are looking for an individual who will inspire and motivate others.
The Assistant Head Pastoral will be Pastoral Lead across all ages in the Junior School, and, along with the Head of Junior School, act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, have responsibility for all pastoral and behavioural policies, help manage the day to day running of the school and in conjunction with Assistant Head Academic deputise for the Head of Junior School in her absence.
Talbot Heath is a successful independent 3-18 girls' school in Bournemouth. A recent ISI report described the school as ' highly successful in meeting its aim to produce confident, competent and thoughtful individuals who are ready to make the most of their opportunities and to contribute positively to the society in which they live. The pupils' achievements are excellent.'
