A career opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside the Headmaster and Senior Leadership Team and be involved in all areas of school life. The Assistant Head – School Management will lead on management and administrative matters relating to the running of the Middle and Senior Schools.
This is a new position and is the result of a restructuring of the current Senior Leadership Team.
You will be a confident and energetic influencer who is able to demonstrate their ability to manage the day to day while also making a significant contribution to the success and development of the school as a whole.
You should be able to illustrate your ability to develop and maintain strong and positive relationships throughout a school community and to demonstrate personal strength of character through intellect, integrity and fairness.
A commitment to the School’s ethos of high academic standards and expectations, innovative teaching methodologies, individual attention and high level of pastoral care is essential.
A thriving and successful selective preparatory school for boys in providing a broad, high calibre education for all of our 460 pupils aged 4-13. Located in North London, we are easily accessible on the Metropolitan, Jubilee and Northern lines.
