● To assist the Head Teacher in the leadership and management of the school and in all aspects of school improvement.
● To take full responsibility for leading and managing significant aspects of the school, namelyQuality Assurance, under the overall direction of the Head Teacher. A background in Literacy and Reading would be beneficial.
● To carry out teaching duties, as required, in accordance with the school’s schemes of work and the National Curriculum.

Situated in the London Borough of Bexley, Endeavour Academy offers mixed specialist provision for 11–16-year-olds with a range of learning needs.
