• Will provide the vision, direction and leadership of the EYFS, with overall responsibility for the teaching, learning and pastoral care of all pupils in Nursery and Reception. 

• Is committed to improving outcomes which narrow the gaps between those children most vulnerable to poor outcomes and others.

• Is an inspirational, talented and enthusiastic leader who can deliver and develop the school vision.

• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner who has the highest expectation for our children.

• Has the ability to think and act strategically. 

• Will promote the Christian ethos and values of the school.

• Can work in close partnership with the Head Teacher, Deputy Head and the other Assistant Head Teachers in the Senior Leadership Team. 

• Has a sense of humour and energy!

* Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate visits whilst the children are here. Visits will be a maximum of 2 candidates at a time. Candidates must wear a mask whilst inside but can remove it outside providing social distancing is possible.
