Required, an ‘Outstanding’ and experienced subject leader of a humanities subject – geography, business studies, history or RS to join a very strong and effective leadership team. All members of the leadership team will be responsible for both a year group and a curriculum area, in this case humanities. In addition, members of the leadership team have a whole school responsibility, for this post the whole school responsibility will be professional development.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with an excellent track record as a subject leader achieving outstanding results.

Humanities is a very successful faculty in Ashmole Academy and consists of History, Geography, RS, Sociology, PSHE, Business Studies, Economics and Careers Education.
