Share Multi-Academy Trust is a small but rapidly growing partnership of primary and secondary schools based in Kirklees, West Yorkshire. Our aim is to provide an outstanding education for the children we teach by investing in the people in our organisation. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful teacher to take the next step on their leadership journey by joining Cowlersley Primary as an Assistant Head teacher.   We were looking particularly for experience within EYFS/Key Stage 1. 

 Under the strong leadership of the Executive Head teacher and Head of school, the school has quickly made improvements in all areas. We are now looking to substantially increase leadership capacity by appointing a further senior leader to work together to rapidly move the school forward to secure a 'good/outstanding judgement as soon as possible. 

The ideal candidate will be a collaborator keen to work with colleagues within our Trust, able to demonstrate outstanding leadership, vision and management ability in order to secure the highest standards of education for our pupils.

SHARE Multi Academy Trust currently consists of Shelley College, Thornhill Community Academy, Royds Hall Community School, Whitcliffe Mount School, Heaton Avenue Primary School, Millbridge Primary School, Lily Park Primary School, Luck Lane Primary School, Woodside Green Primary School with a view to continue to expand.
