Assistant Head Teacher – KS4 Permanent - Full Time L12-16 Required: April or September 2023

We wish to appoint to our dynamic leadership team a well-motivated, inspiring and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about ensuring high achievement for all. The successful candidate will have a proven record of delivering outstanding results, with a determination to provide effective leadership and management to raise student achievement.  

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • The leadership experience, vision and motivation necessary to drive forward school improvement
  • The required knowledge, skills and experience to lead on specific whole school areas for improvement, particularly at Key Stage 4 and in relation to pastoral provision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate all members of our school community
  • A view of education that promotes all aspects of a young person’s development
