We are looking for an inspirational Assistant Head for Maternity Cover who has the energy and commitment to work alongside our Head Teacher to lead our special school into an exciting new phase.

We are looking for:

·         A current or aspiring Senior Leader with relevant leadership experience and extensive knowledge of SEND pupils and curriculum development

·         An enthusiastic and inspirational leader who is committed to equal opportunities and can motivate staff to maintain our outstanding status

·         A leader who drives high quality school improvement at all levels

·         An outstanding practitioner, both creative and innovative and can build a positive and successful team

·         An excellent people manager with emotional intelligence and good humour who can support and challenge staff

·         A leader with a commitment to Safeguarding to become part of our DSL team

·         A leader who is committed to working with governors, parents, the community and other professionals
