Assistant Head Teacher L15-19 (Inner London)

Situated in the heart of East Ham Plashet is an outstanding comprehensive 11 - 16 girls’ school of 1,500 students. Our Progress 8 score for 2019 (the last year for which there is national comparative data) was +0.66 and places us in the top 5% of schools nationally. 

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and inspiring colleague who is committed to excellence. This person needs to be a professional who has a love of learning to contribute to the further success of our ‘outstanding’ school prior to moving onto Deputy Headship and ultimately Headship. The Assistant Head Teacher will have a portfolio covering a wide range of responsibilities across the school. The detailed responsibilities of the post holder will be negotiated following the appointment of the most suitable candidate to this role.
