St Paul’s Way Foundation School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher to join the Primary team in our Outstanding all through school.
The Primary Phase of the school opened in September 2014 and is moving into brand new purpose built accommodation. The school is growing each year and, as a result, needs to extend its Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting time to join St Paul’s Way Foundation School; its expansion in the next few years will provide many opportunities for ambitious colleagues.
We seek an experienced and skilled teacher who will take advantage of all the opportunities presented by working in a dynamic and innovative organisation which has the advantage of partnerships with secondary colleagues, world leading Universities and Corporate Trust partners. Professor Brian Cox OBE is our Patron. We are also a National Teaching School.
Working within this exciting organisation, you will be a teacher who is passionate about the entitlement of every young person to an inspiring education. The successful candidate will have an unwavering belief in the potential of every pupil to succeed and have a creative approach to school leadership.
In the first instance, this role will involve oversight of EYFS and Key Stage 1 and we welcome applications from colleagues with knowledge and experience of these age groups.
We welcome visits to the school, prior to application, so we can show you all we have on offer:
· Pupils who are fully engaged in their learning
· Our supportive, creative and dynamic Senior Leadership Team, Governors and Trust Partners
· An exceptionally well-resourced school moving into brand new accommodation (due for completion in August 2018)
· Tailor-made CDP opportunities to enhance your professional development
· Supportive and enthusiastic parents
