•Continually raise student aspiration, attainment and progress through improvement in the quality of teaching and learning cross the key stages
•Provide leadership, inspiration and management and model outstanding teaching practice
•The role is central to the implementation and promotion of Self-Directed Learning (SDL) and the delivery of excellent teaching and learning
•To play a key role in the strategic leadership of our school in the relentless pursuit of our ambition to become an outstanding school in all areas
•Oversee, monitor and review the school’s assessments, recording and reporting procedures
•Leadership of all OneSchool Global assessment initiatives and programmes e.g MAP
•Provide a day-to-day classroom leadership, inspiration and management and maintain excellent teaching practice
•Establish links with and integrate OneSchool curriculum
•Engage with Teacher Academy in support of the school leadership and staff development
