Eagle House School is an independent co-educational day provision for students between the ages of 11 and 19, providing education for students who have an autistic spectrum disorder. We recognise that successful learning for our students is achieved through positive experiences and we strive to create a school day that is motivating, rewarding and purposeful for each young person.

Due to expansion and development in our curriculum, we are looking for experienced Middle Leaders. Our Senior Leadership Team is looking for outstanding and inspirational teachers committed to raising standards in Teaching and Learning across the school. You will be experienced in working with learners who have an autism spectrum disorder and be highly skilled in using approaches known to be successful for learners with autism such as TEACCH and Visual Support Strategies. You will be familiar with a total communication approach to supporting students understanding as well as positive strategies for understanding, supporting and managing learners with challenging behaviour. You will work alongside our in-house multidisciplinary team of therapists, including speech & language therapists, occupational therapists and assistant psychologists
