Assistant Headteacher required for September 2023

Your role will be crafted initially to meet your existing strengths and experience but you will be expected to take on a broad range of leadership functions over time.

Reigate School is a large, heavily oversubscribed, 11-16 school. We are a truly comprehensive and inclusive school, committed to providing the best education we can for the children in our local community. Our aim to help every student achieve their academic, social and personal potential stretches beyond Reigate School through our collaborative work as a Teaching School and a member of Greensand Multi-Academy Trust.

The closing date for applications is Monday 6th February at 9am, however please be advised applications will be considered upon receipt and we reserve the right to appoint someone sooner than this if we identify a suitable candidate. We are carrying out school tours should you wish to visit the school prior to making your application, tours are scheduled for Thursday 26th January at 4.00pm, Tuesday 31st January at 1.15pm and Thursday 2nd February at 2.00pm. Welcome to Reigate School. It gives us great pleasure to introduce the school to you on behalf of both the governors and the staff.

Reigate School is a large, heavily oversubscribed, 11-16 school.  We are a truly comprehensive and inclusive school, committed to providing the best education we can for the children in our local community.  We have very strong partnerships with other local schools and colleges. Our experienced and dedicated staff and governors work collaboratively in many contexts, including through our Teaching School Alliance.
