Assistant Head Teacher

Our Lady & St Joseph Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion & SEND - to join our senior leadership team from September 2026.

You will lead the strategic development of high‑quality, inclusive provision for pupils with SEND and those who are disadvantaged, ensuring that every child flourishes academically, spiritually and personally.

We are a welcoming and inclusive Catholic primary school in the heart of Tower Hamlets, with a strong Catholic ethos and a diverse, vibrant school community.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader, with the NASENCO qualification (or a willingness to undertake it), a proven record of impact in raising standards, and a passion for inclusive education.

You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who can lead, motivate and inspire staff, work effectively with external partners and confidently lead Inclusion in Our Lady and St Joseph Catholic Primary School.
