It’s an exciting time for Manorfield. We are an ambitious and forward-thinking school, looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual to join our leadership team.
You will be an innovative and passionate leader who can drive standards in our diverse and vibrant school.
With responsibility for Years 1 and 2, you will oversee an engaging and creative curriculum to improve outcomes for all our children. You will work in partnership with enthusiastic children and supportive parents, governors and the wider community.
A proven track record of excellent practice and leadership will demonstrate your commitment to high standards and improving achievement for all. Working within a coaching environment, your excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire means you will get the best from our effective, creative and dedicated staff team.
