JOB OVERVIEW
St Michael’s Church of England Primary School is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be a confident classroom practitioner with a clear moral purpose, high expectations for all pupils, and the ability to inspire colleagues through collaboration and example. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive standards, develop staff and ensure that every child flourishes academically, socially and spiritually. The role is class-based and is advertised as a full time position; considerations for part-time will be considered.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner with leadership potential, or an experienced middle leader ready for the next step, to play a key role in shaping teaching, learning and wider school improvement.
