 We are looking to recruit a dynamic, talented Assistant Head with English Leadership with experience in planning, assessing and supporting every child to make excellent progress with a particular focus on leading English across the whole school and supporting the Head teacher as part of the Senior Leadership team to drive the school’s vision and Values

OUR SCHOOL:

We are a two-form entry Free School situated in Edgware. Rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the school is one of nine schools within the Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET). We have extremely high expectations for every pupil and, by working actively in partnership with staff, parents and local community, we aim to support and guide our pupils to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. Watling Park is a school that enables its pupils to take confidence from and enjoyment in everything they do and places them at the heart of a vibrant and thriving school community.

• Monitor provision and assist in delivering improvements and showcases excellent practice links to the school development plan priorities
