Assistant Head with responsibility for leading EYFS and KS1 or KS2

We are looking for an Assistant Head who will:

• Lead, develop and support effective teaching and learning practice for children in their phase
• Provide excellent models of teaching for all children
• Monitor and analyse the performance of children in their phase and plan effectively for progress
• Be an active part of our Senior Management Team and Senior Leadership Team
• Lead and manage support staff
• Lead a curriculum subject
• Develop excellent relationships with parents and carers
• Enjoy regular weekly teaching commitments
