Holmer Green Senior School is an 11 to 18, exciting and successful school that is expanding to seven forms of entry. As a school we are in the top 10% of schools nationally for KS5 progress and in the top 20% for KS4 progress. We are looking for leaders on the next step of their career journey, who can take a strategic lead on a number of leadership areas and who can manage a range of whole school responsibilities. The post would suit a middle leader aspiring to the next stage of their leadership journey, or an experienced Assistant Headteacher looking for a new experience. Holmer Green Senior School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 academy with sixth form, situated near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire. The school, which became an academy in 2012, has 1000+ students on the school roll, with a fast growing Sixth Form. We are currently benefitting from a large expansion plan with up to date facilities for staff and students.
