Job overview

We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses exceptional skills in data analysis and interpretation. As the Assistant Head, Data and Assessment, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our school by using data to inform decision-making processes. Your ability to analyse and interpret data will be crucial in shaping our educational programs and ensuring the success of all our pupils.

To be considered for this position, you should have a proven track record of utilising assessment data effectively to support the achievement of students. You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to identify areas of improvement, implement targeted interventions, and monitor progress. It is essential that you possess a deep understanding of assessment methodologies and their alignment with the EYFS and National Curriculum Key Stages 1 and 2.
