We are seeking an ambitious and strategic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher – Data, Progress & Achievement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle or senior leader with a strong understanding of assessment, data analysis, curriculum planning, and school improvement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving whole-school achievement through the strategic leadership of assessment, tracking, reporting, intervention, and progress analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic leadership of assessment, tracking, data and reporting
Oversight of whole-school intervention strategies and progress monitoring
Analysis of achievement data to identify trends and underperformance
Leadership of the whole-school timetable and staffing input
Oversight of examinations and assessment policy
Contribution to curriculum development and school self-evaluation
Leadership of IT strategy linked to teaching, learning and data systems
Delivery of CPD and support for middle leaders
We are looking for a leader who:
Has a proven record of excellent classroom practice and leadership
Can use data intelligently to improve outcomes for all learners
Has strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
Is committed to high standards, inclusion and student success
Will contribute positively to the values and ethos of our Christian learning community
