Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher who will involve themselves wholeheartedly across our whole school community.
You will work with, and alongside, the Senior Leadership Team raising standards and leading the development of Teaching & Learning across the School.
You will have:
- A proven track record of outstanding teaching;
- Experience of the special school sector, understanding the needs of the children and raising expectations and aspirations for all students;
- An ability to analyse data to effectively monitor progress with an understanding that vulnerability, disadvantage or ability need not be a barrier to learning;
- Recent relevant experience of contributing to whole school initiatives.
