Ridgewood School wishes to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Assistant Headteacher to join a school which strives for excellence in all respects and which believes in giving children the best possible opportunities to succeed, both academically and as members of the community.  

We are seeking an inspiring, visionary and dynamic leader to drive the ongoing success of our Sixth Form. With a proven track record of impressive leadership and the ability to set and deliver strategy, the post offers excellent opportunities to an outstanding teacher whose strong values are matched by administrative ability, leadership skills and professional ambition.  Now 6 years old and located in a state of the art 5.5 million pound building our sixth form continues to flourish and our students achieve outstanding outcomes.

Ridgewood School became an Academy on 1 November 2011 and is not part of an academy chain. We are a school that is fully committed to the personal and educational development of all our students. The start date for the post is September 2018.
