Working across the secondary phase, this vacancy will provide the successful post-holder with an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in improving the educational outcomes of our young people. This unique role will enable you to have demonstrable and positive impact on the learning culture, ensuring all our pupils become independent, effective and enthusiastic life-long learners.
As a member of the academy’s senior leadership team you will operate strategically to Develop and implement Teaching and Learning within the English department (Secondary) and further develop reading and literacy skills across subjects and thus raise student standards and progress.
