Job overview

We are looking for an experienced, committed and excellent classroom practitioner. You will be an ambitious leader who has high expectations, outstanding teaching and leadership skills and the ability to raise standards of achievement for all - making a significant difference to the lives of the children.

You will teach across the full age range of the school and should have experience of, and commitment to, the teaching and learning strategies necessary for successful differentiated, mixed ability teaching. 

Your positive attitude and personal qualities of initiative, patience, tact, discretion and utmost integrity will be complemented by your ability to remain calm under pressure. Furthermore, it is essential that you have a sympathetic understanding for the varying needs of the pupils across the school.

About Le Rondin

Le Rondin is a Primary Special School for pupils aged 3-11 years who have a wide range of special educational needs. The School is organised in three Departments: Early Years (from Nursery to Year 2); Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4); and Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6). 

At Le Rondin, we aim to provide a bespoke curriculum tuned to the needs of individual pupils. Le Rondin is co-located with the Forest Primary School, the two schools work closely together and share some facilities.
