Assistant Headteacher

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher who will lead, motivate and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community. To support all students to have the opportunity to succeed in a culture of care and consideration; challenge and commitment; respect and responsibility; integrity and impression. These four are the tenets of ‘The Calthorpe Way’. Our Aim is to educate the whole child for the whole of their life, aspiring to excellence in everything we do. 

As a senior leader at Calthorpe Park School, the Assistant Headteacher will ensure that CPS’s ethos and values are deeply embedded and visible amongst students and staff, and that the School brings out ‘the best in everyone’.

The Assistant Headteacher will lead on either Teaching and Learning or Behaviour and Safeguarding, teaching classes that model good practice, develop relationships, support training and development and ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
