Job overview
The school is looking to appoint two Assistant Head Teachers from April 2018.
The position will directly oversee a Key Stage 3, 4 or 5 and relevant areas of SIP, and will have areas of responsibility across all aspects of school leadership. Under the direction of the Head teacher play a major role in formulating the aims, objectives of the school and establish policies through which this can be achieved in school. Be responsible for the professional standards and curriculum of all pupils including monitoring of progress towards engagement and achievement.
Ideally you will have had experience of working with pupils in a specialist setting. You will receive an extensive induction programme, have a mentor and opportunities for continuous professional development.
