We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner who has experience of effectively leading a team and contributing to whole school improvement and is now ready to be an Assistant head teacher.

As the lead school in Harrow Collegiate Teaching School Alliance, we can offer a wide range of the highest quality professional development. You will also be able to become a member of a very successful dynamic team who relish and thrive on challenge. Equally we provide a very supportive environment where staff wellbeing is a priority.

The remit of the posts will overall reflect the strengths of the successful candidates and will include a variety of whole school responsibilities both curriculum and pastorally based. There are three leadership areas which need to be covered by these posts; 2 days a week leading the Teaching School Alliance, safeguarding and using data effectively.
