Hatch End High School is a high performing, innovative Academy in Harrow with a large and very successful Sixth Form. We are seeking a driven and highly strategic Assistant Headteacher to join a dynamic and highly committed Leadership team who work tirelessly to improve the outcomes and life chances of our young people. The remit of the post will be flexible according to the experience of the successful candidate but it is expected that a large focus will be upon ensuring a transformational teaching and learning experience across the whole school.

We offer a highly supportive environment and a comprehensive CPD programme with superb promotion prospects and career development and play a lead role in our local Teaching School Alliance. We believe the professional development of all our Leaders is critical for the school’s success.  This is an exciting time to join ahead of a state of the art rebuild and our expansion of new technologies.

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.

Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
