We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Headteacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, governors and staff to ensure the continuous improvement of the school. 

The specific areas of responsibility to be held by the successful candidate will be discussed at interview; candidates should outline preferred areas of expertise in a covering letter, along with examples of recent impact.  We are seeking someone who is focused, resilient and good humoured, has extensive secondary school experience as well as demonstrable proven success in leading teams, raising standards and the use of data. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be extremely motivated and have exceptional interpersonal skills
