Job overview

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join the SLT of our very successful and heavily oversubscribed school. We are an 11-18 girls’ Catholic comprehensive with a co-educational 6th Form as part of the LaSWAP consortium in the London Borough of Camden. Our parental community is extremely supportive of our school and staff are committed and determined to secure outstanding provision to meet the needs of all students.

We require a colleague with 

  • extensive experience as a SENDCo or as an Inclusion Lead. 
  • a proven track record in raising standards as a middle leader. 
  • ambition for, and a determination to secure outstanding provision. 
  • recent experience of implementing change and developing innovative provision, which successfully meets students’ needs. 
  • a strong commitment to a flexible and collaborative management style.
