Fleecefield is an ambitious two form entry school which celebrates the diversity of our children and families. We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion specialist and inspirational leader to continue to improve outcomes for all our children.

We are part of Children First Academy Trust, made up of five local primary schools, all of which are working together to improve the aspirations and outcomes for children in Edmonton.

We are looking for someone who reflects the Trust values by:

Fleecefield has a high number of children with special educational needs and a key part of the role will be to ensure that all children, whatever their needs, are fully involved in the life and learning of the school. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of how to raise standards in a school setting and must be able to lead by example, motivating the children and staff to make a positive difference within the school community.
