Are you passionate about making a difference? Would you like to be part of our drive to inspire our school community to be aspirational, ambitious and to “dream big”? Do you believe in the relentless pursuit of excellence?
We are looking for an Assistant Head - Inclusion with proven outstanding practice in SEND as well as whole school leadership. The Assistant Headteacher is part of the Senior Leadership Team, collectively driving school improvement, with specific responsibility for all aspects of Inclusion (including Safeguarding) and Pastoral Care. The successful candidate will be experienced in working with children with a wide range of special educational needs and their families. They will be confident in working with professionals across many agencies. They will have outstanding practice in their current position, and demonstrate the ability to lead and manage staff across a diverse school community.
The Assistant Headteacher role is currently non classroom based to facilitate maximum impact on attainment and progress across the school.
