We are currently seeking an inspirational and highly innovative Assistant Headteacher who will take the lead, supported by the Headteacher and senior leadership team with Inclusion.  You  will have a relentless ambition and a truly inclusive approach, to ensure that all students, regardless of their specific circumstances; starting points or individual needs are able to achieve their full potential and beyond.

We are therefore seeking an inclusive, strategic and highly motivated professional with:

  • The ambition, desire and resilience to work with and lead staff learning, with the ability to inspire excellence in colleagues across the school
