The Senior Leadership Team at Weald of Kent is a high performing, ambitious and supportive team of leaders who share the common goal of ensuring that all of our students achieve ‘academic excellence’ and ‘personal success.’  We are a team of seven people comprising: the Headteacher, two Deputy Headteachers and four Assistant Headteachers. We are a hardworking and dedicated team who relentlessly pursue the raising of standards throughout the organization.  We are looking for an equally high performing and ambitious colleague to join us at an extremely exciting time in our development.  We are looking for a colleague who has the skills and attributes to make a significant contribution to both the strategic and operational work of the school at senior leadership level.  You will be an experienced middle or existing senior leader who is keen to gain experience at senior leadership level covering a range of different priorities.  We will provide you with a comprehensive induction package and exposure to a wide variety of senior leadership functions, helping to prepare you for further career progression in the future.
