Due to the promotion of the current post holder and the expansion of Cox Green School, the headteacher and governors are seeking to appoint an inspiring and aspirational Assistant Headteacher. You will help drive improvement to further develop the school, staff and students from Easter 2018.

We seek an outstanding practitioner who have the vision, enthusiasm and resilience to make a real difference to the quality of teaching and assessment at Cox Green.

You will share the school’s vision and the belief that all young people can achieve at high levels. You will have oodles of energy and passion in order to support Cox Green’s ambition to become an outstanding school and will be able to build rapport easily with students, staff and parents.

Experience of/interest in leading data and timetabling would be welcomed.
