ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

The postholder will be the Head of the Inclusion Faculty, including fulfilling the role of SENCo, as well as being Assistant Headteacher for Student Behaviour, Safety and Wellbeing.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of people and students.  Specific duties will depend on the experience of the person appointed.

You will join a team of ambitious senior leaders and will assist the Senior Leadership Team in providing a high level strategic, management and operation direction for the school.  You will have the opportunity to make a considerable impact on the future direction of the school and the Trust.
