We are seeking an inspirational Assistant Head teacher to join our dynamic, highly motivated Senior Leadership Team. You will take a lead role in curriculum development and delivery ensuring that all pupils, semi-formal and formal learners fulfil their potential. We live and work in a stunning area of the country with beach, forest and moorland accessible in minutes; we use our community and wider environment to enrich the education of our pupils. We adopt a holistic approach focusing on the development of the ‘whole child’ using personalised programmes for both semi-formal and formal learners.
Woodlands needs somebody with the vision and drive to contribute to the next stage of the schools development. You will need to be creative, innovative and committed to driving the school forward. In return you will have support to further your professional development, work with highly committed and supportive colleagues as well as inspiring, motivated pupils.
