ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

 L12 - L16

FROM SEPTEMBER 2023

An outstanding candidate is required to join a strong and effective Leadership Team in September 2023. The exact role will be determined upon the appointment of the successful candidate but is likely to involve a brief around whole school personal development.

To be successful in this role you will have:

·       QTS

·       Degree level qualification (subject specific)

·       Able to teach full range of ability 11-16

·       Able to create an excellent climate for learning within teaching area

·       Able to use a range of strategies to promote learning

·       Able to manage and encourage good behaviour
