We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher who is a strong communicator, with natural empathy, who works positively with other professionals and derives satisfaction from supporting children and their families. The ability to communicate sensitively and compassionately in emotive situations is very important. The postholder will be responsible for all issues relating to pastoral care and the moral, spiritual, and cultural life of the pupils at Grove.
