We are now looking for an inspiring, reflective and collaborative leader to join our senior leadership team.  The successful candidate will have a firm commitment in raising whole school achievement, have a previous track record of success, high expectations and a determination to succeed.    

As an excellent practitioner, you’ll have a natural flair for developing practices that empower and motivate staff and students to become the best they can be.  

Our new Assistant Headteacher will not only join our school community but will benefit from working with leaders from our family of schools within our Trust. As a school we are committed to developing our teachers through instructional coaching, bespoke CPD and a range of other opportunities across the Trust.

Coopers is a popular and oversubscribed 11-18 school in the heart of Bromley.
