• The leadership experience, vision and motivation necessary to drive forward school improvement
• The required knowledge, skills and experience to lead on specific whole school areas for improvement, particularly at Key Stage 5
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate all members of our school community
• A view of education that promotes all aspects of a young person’s development
